Företaget har tecknat ett 20-årigt hyresavtal med den tyska hotellkedjan Ruby Group, känd för sitt Lean Luxury-koncept, för att utveckla ett nytt hotell med 78 rum i hjärtat av Malmö.

The company has signed a 20-year lease agreement with Ruby Group, a German-based hotel group renowned for its Lean Luxury concept, to bring a new 78-room destination hotel to life in the heart of Malmö.

Genom en målmedveten och tekniskt driven energioptimering har Revelop lyft en större fastighet från utspridda energiklassningar i nivåerna G till E – till en jämn och dokumenterad nivå D.
Revelop genomför en av sina största tekniksatsningar någonsin i fastigheten Berga i Åkersberga, utanför Stockholm. Genom att byta från direktverkande el till fjärrvärme, uppgradera ventilationen och modernisera styrsystemet förväntas energiförbrukningen minska med över 40 procent som motsvarar 500 000 kWh per år, vilket bidrar till kraftigt minskade utsläpp och en förbättrad energiklass.
During the year, Revelop has certified 15 assets as Very Good under the BREEAM In-Use environmental standard.
