Revelop makes two senior level appointments
Stockholm, 21 January: Sweden based real estate investor Revelop further strengthens its organisation with two senior level appointments. Johan Spångberg, former Head of Real Estate at Wellstreet, joins as Investment Manager and Revelop’s Erik Visteus is appointed Head of Investor Relations.
Revelop has a consistent 15-year top quartile track-record in the sustainable repositioning of real estate assets through active management, development and regeneration. In order to further strengthen Revelop’s strategic portfolio management capabilities Johan Spångberg has been recruited to a role as Investment Manager. Johan has more than 15 years of relevant real estate experience from roles at amongst others PwC, Catella and most recently Wellstreet, where he was Head of Real Estate.
Since 2004, Revelop has raised in excess of SEK 7 billion of equity for its funds backed by some of the most prominent Nordic and international investors. To further build upon the strong relationship with existing investors and to expand the relationships with new investors, Revelop’s Erik Visteus is appointed Head of Investor Relations. Erik has more than 20 years of experience from the Nordic real estate market and in-depth knowledge of Revelops investment stategies and operations.
– These two appointments are important steps in Revelop’s ongoing expansion. I’m super excited to welcome Johan Spångberg in the role as Investment Manager. With his background Johan will make important contributions in the repositioning of our assets and strategic management of the portfolio. Our most recent fund, Revelop V, generated great interest from both Nordic and international investors. With the appointment of Erik Visteus as Head of Investor Relations we look forward to further strenghten our existing investor relationship as well as developing new ones, says Thomas Sipos, Group CEO & Partner.
