Swedish real estate investor Revelop has signed a ten-year lease agreement with the meat wholesaler Norvida for the rental of a 1,576-square-meter cold storage asset in prime industrial location Mölnlycke, outside Gothenburg. The asset in question was acquired in 2024 as part of Revelop’s latest value-add fund.

Revelop has completed the acquisition of Vildanden 8 – a social infrastructure asset with approximately 8,000 square meters of leasable area located in Limhamn, one of Malmö’s fastest-growing districts. The asset represents a strategic add-on acquisition to Revelop’s existing portfolio in the Öresund region.

Revelop har tecknat hyresavtal på tio år med Wangeskog Hyrcenter Syd för uthyrning av cirka 2 600 kvadratmeter lokaler samt omkring 9 000 kvadratmeter mark i Arlöv. Hyresgästen tillträder lokalerna under sommaren.
