Executive Leadership

Thomas is Group CEO and Executive Partner of Revelop.

He has been deeply involved and responsible for all phases of the firms development since he joined as partner in 2009. Thomas is ultimately responsible for the firms strategy, investment activities and operations. Thomas has more than twenty-five years of real estate investment, fund management and capital markets experience.

Prior to this, Thomas was Assistant Director at PGIM Real Estate, based in London, where his main focus was investments across Europe, structuring and managing investments in platforms such as Big Yellow Self Storage, Sunrise Senior Living, Bluespace Self Storage, DeWAG Deutsche WohnAnlage, A&A Liegenschaften and Aros Bostad. Thomas also worked at Lehman Brothers Real Estate in London, where he was involved in numerous capital market transactions and take-privates. Following this, based in Hong Kong Thomas was a Managing Director at Burnbrae Limited, responsible for real estate investments in the region.

Thomas holds an MSc. in Civil Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and a master’s degree from Bayes Business School in London.

Anders responsibilities include financing, fund- and tax structuring, as well as risk & compliance. He has over twenty years of relevant experience from similar roles.

Prior to joining Revelop, Anders worked for Nordic Capital as Head of Financial Control, responsible amongst other things for the firm’s controlling and valuation team. Prior to this, Anders worked for Saint-Gobain in Paris and Stockholm where he had numerous positions, including working in the group’s strategic planning department handling M&As, major investments and very special missions, as well as acting as the CEO’s entrusted “Cabinet”. Anders started his career as an auditor at EY.

Anders holds an MSc. in Business and Economics from the School of Economics and Management at Lund University and a BSc. in Business Law from the Faculty of Social Science at Lund University.

Helena is Executive Director, Business Development & Investor Relations at Revelop.
She brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with expertise in fund and portfolio management, capital raising, and transactions.

Prior to joining Revelop, she spent 13 years at Areim, most recently serving as Head of Fund Management & Investor Relations, having previously held roles within fund management and capital raising. She also has experience in Risk Management and Investments from GE Capital Real Estate in Stockholm and Paris, as well as earlier experience in real estate valuation and analysis at CBRE.

Helena holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Real Estate Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm.

Johan is Executive Director, Investment, at Revelop.
He is responsible for the investment team and is closely involved in the development of investment strategies, business development initiatives and forms part of Revelop's executive leadership team.

Prior to joining Revelop, Johan was based in Switzerland, where he served as a member of the management team at Partners Group, focusing on direct real estate investments across Europe. He also has experience from roles at Starwood Capital Group in London and started his career at Savills in Sweden. Johan has a broad real estate background spanning multiple geographies, sectors, and strategies, as well as experience in leading, structuring, and managing both asset- and platform-level investments.

Johan holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg and an MBA from London Business School in the United Kingdom.
