Thomas is Group CEO and Executive Partner of Revelop.

He has been deeply involved and responsible for all phases of the firms development since he joined as partner in 2009. Thomas is ultimately responsible for the firms strategy, investment activities and operations. Thomas has more than twenty-five years of real estate investment, fund management and capital markets experience.

Prior to this, Thomas was Assistant Director at PGIM Real Estate, based in London, where his main focus was investments across Europe, structuring and managing investments in platforms such as Big Yellow Self Storage, Sunrise Senior Living, Bluespace Self Storage, DeWAG Deutsche WohnAnlage, A&A Liegenschaften and Aros Bostad. Thomas also worked at Lehman Brothers Real Estate in London, where he was involved in numerous capital market transactions and take-privates. Following this, based in Hong Kong Thomas was a Managing Director at Burnbrae Limited, responsible for real estate investments in the region.

Thomas holds an MSc. in Civil Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and a master’s degree from Bayes Business School in London.

Anders responsibilities include financing, fund- and tax structuring, as well as risk & compliance. He has over twenty years of relevant experience from similar roles.

Prior to joining Revelop, Anders worked for Nordic Capital as Head of Financial Control, responsible amongst other things for the firm’s controlling and valuation team. Prior to this, Anders worked for Saint-Gobain in Paris and Stockholm where he had numerous positions, including working in the group’s strategic planning department handling M&As, major investments and very special missions, as well as acting as the CEO’s entrusted “Cabinet”. Anders started his career as an auditor at EY.

Anders holds an MSc. in Business and Economics from the School of Economics and Management at Lund University and a BSc. in Business Law from the Faculty of Social Science at Lund University.

Per is a Non-Executive Partner, board member of Revelop AB and Chairman of Revelop Management AB.

Per co-founded Carnegie Real Estate in 2004. Prior to Carnegie, he was Executive Director for UBS Warburg. Per has more than 30 years of experience in the capital markets.
Per is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics.

Tomas is a Non-Executive Partner and Board Member of Revelop AB.

Tomas has more than twenty-five years of real estate investment and fund management experience. He is co-founder and owner of the private investment company Grandholm. Before this, Tomas was Managing Director and global co-head of the Real Estate Customized Fund Investment Group at Credit Suisse. Prior to this, he was Deputy Managing Director of the indirect real estate investment management business of Aberdeen Asset Management, which he co-founded. Following this, he was the assistant fund manager of one of PGIM’s Pan-European property funds. He joined from Cushman & Wakefield in Stockholm where he was responsible for direct investment transactions and valuations. Tomas started his career in 1996 at the listed Swedish property developer JM.

He graduated from Sweden’s Royal Institute of Technology and holds a Master’s degree from Bayes Business School in London.

Per is the independent Chairman of Revelop AB.

He is a highly experienced investment professional and entrepreneur. Per is one of the founding partners of the residential development company Aros Bostadsutveckling AB and, following the merger, the Executive Chairman of the listed residential development company Besqab AB. He is also a Board Member of the residential development company Vidden Bostad AB. Previously, he was co-founder of the Nordic investment and asset management company Vencom Property Partners.

Anders has more than twenty-five years of relevant research and fund management experience. He is co-founder and owner of the private investment company Grandholm. He joined from Aberdeen Property Investors where he was Head of Portfolio Strategy and Key Account Manager for a large direct institutional mandate. Anders started his career in 1995 at Swedish Pension Fund SPP (Alecta) as a Financial Controller and Research Analyst.

Anders holds a Master's degree in real estate from Sweden's Royal Institute of Technology and is a Charted European Financial Analyst.

Jan is an independent board member of Revelop Management AB.

He specializes in M&A, corporate, and securities law. Jan has extensive experience and has, since the late 1980s, handled qualified assignments in the real estate, retail, and life sciences industries. Jan also has long-standing and highly meritorious experience in board assignments and corporate governance matters, both in publicly listed companies and owner-managed businesses.
